She’s never gonna stop acting all crazy unless people stop giving her attention for it.
Us Weekly has been digging into Britney’s past, and their new cover is just insane.
Reporting about her family and mental stability…
for example:
“Spears’ grandmother gave birth to a boy who died three days after delivery. The loss of the infant took a toll on the poor Southern lady. Eight years later, she committed suicide – with a shotgun… ON the dead child’s grave.”
We don’t need to know that. Although it’s sad, I can’t imagine a single reason why anyone needs to know that.
I now proclaim that I will not write anything about Britney Spears unless she dies or wins Project Runway.

Remember THESE GUYS? Well, they’ve finally released a brilliant pop record with a lame title & lame artwork.
I suppose I can forgive One Republic’s bad taste, mainly because this album is full of hits. Pop radio is going to be all over this.
Try “Say (All I Need),” “All We Are,” “Won’t Stop,” “Stop And Stare,” “Come Home,” “All Fall Down“, and their hit “Apologize“… okay, basically the whole album.
p.s. any band with a cello player is immediately genius.
p.s.s. i predict that this album will be huge this year.

My man Blake Lewis just released the artwork for his record – out 12/4/07.
I am feelin’ his single “Break Anotha” which he wrote with Ryan Tedder, the lead singer of one of my new favorites One Republic (CD out tuesday, but we”ll talk about that later).

Billboard has revised their charts – allowing records sold at only one retailer to appear on their lists – and as a result, the Eagles officially have the #1 album in America this week, according to Billboard and Nielsen Soundscan.
And so, Britney Spears‘ CD, which otherwise would have been in the top slot, came in at #2.
In other bad news for Miss Spears, Blackout, only sold 290,000 copies since its release on October 30th. Based on projections, the album was expected to sell 350,000.

The Killers‘ new record comes out next tuesday, 11/13. I’m not sure how I feel about the single “Tranquility” which features Lou Reed…click the album cover to have a listen…
what I am sure of is the fact that I can’t wait to hear their cover of Dire Strait’s “Romeo & Juliet” – track 16 on the new record – it could be magical.
